Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar sales position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in sales reporting and data analysis.
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and professional representation skills.
• No travel restrictions and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Job Description

• Analyze customer requirements, prepare competitive quotations, and effectively manage the quotation-to-order process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new customers and project opportunities to support sales growth and expand market share.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and pricing analyses to support the development of sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and present findings to management.
• Conduct customer visits as required, managing both technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.
• Ensure sales activities are carried out in compliance with company procedures while maintaining close coordination with relevant internal departments.
