Schneider Electric Energize Your Future Graduate Program is an 11 months Talent Development Program that includes rotations between departments within Operation ( Production, Quality, Supply Chain&Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering) and Front End (Engineering, Tender, Project Management) units.

This Program aims to develop engineers that have high technical skills and experts in their area, and also helps them to reach their full potential and discover their interest areas.

 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

·       Undergraduate 4th Grade or Fresh Grade from Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in the Machine Engineering, Electrical- Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Faculties.

·       Able to work 5 days a week

·       Strong communication and ability to teamworking

·       Passionate to work in Schneider Electric

·       Innovative, high learner potential, strong digital mindset and skills

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English
