QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Schott Cam Tic. Ltd. Şti. is looking for a new colleague who will be employed as  Sales Manager in İstanbul Ataşehir office, reporting to Sales Office Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree from a reputable university with strong sales background, engineering will be preferred
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in sales preferably B2B sales market 
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additionally knowledge of German is preferred)
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Ability to take own initiative and self-organisation
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizing and presentation skills
  • Strong in customer relation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as a team member from different functions and cultures
  • Powerful analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to improve in technical and competency base
  • No travel restriction domestic and abroad 
  • No military obligation for male applicants
  • Driving licence and min. 5 years of driving experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the sales & marketing activities of assigned customers and develop new ones
  • Achieve and exceed given sales targets
  • Responsibility of  providing full support for order processing, logistic, planning and follow-up to customers 
  • Processing of customer complaints
  • Being in close contacts with customers at all levels
  • Coordination of customers and related departments in Czech Republic and Germany plants
  • Ensure customer needs are communicated and fully met
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer relations, related market changes and competition
  • Organizing events such as workshops, factory trips and seminars

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
