What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage our Global and Local Learning Management Systems (LMS) environment
• Design engaging digital learning journeys and interactive e-learning content
• Turn subject matter into compelling training scenarios and learning experiences
• Support and coordinate internal & external training programs and events
• Conduct training needs analysis and measure learning effectiveness
• Track learning data and produce insightful reports and dashboards
• Contribute to career development and talent growth initiatives
• Support employee experience, internal communication, and employer branding projects
• Continuously improve learning processes with new tools and Technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Instructional Technologies or related fields
  (Educational Technologies, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Communication preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in learning & development or training technologies
• Experience with LMS platforms (preferably Moodle) and system administration
• Strong knowledge of LMS user & role management processes
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as:
  • Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Renderforest
  • CapCut (or similar)
• Solid understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
• Ability to design interactive e-learning and remote learning content
• Good command of English (Minimum TOEFL iBT score of 61 or equivalent level is required)
• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong planning, organization, and reporting capabilities
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Available for frequent domestic travel
