Founded in 2007 as a subsidiary of KOLOĞLU HOLDING, SEFINE is one of the few shipyards in Turkey capable of simultaneously delivering new shipbuilding, military projects, ship repair and maintenance, ship conversion services, and large-scale steel structure projects. Located on the shores of the Sea of Marmara in Yalova-Altınova, the shipyard spans an area of 300,000 m², making it one of the largest shipyards in the region and holding a prominent position in the industry.

Since its establishment, Sefine has been a pioneer in the Turkish maritime sector. With over 6,000 employees, including subcontractors, it stands out as the largest shipyard in terms of installed capacity, business volume, and project diversity. It offers high-quality and high-capacity ship repair, maintenance, and conversion services with the region's largest dry dock, 90,000 DWT Post-Panamax capacity and two floating docks with lifting capacities of 40,000 tons and 75,000 tons respectively.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and dynamic“Finance Executive” to join the Sefine   Finance Department team.

Responsibilities;

• Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company,
• Prepare and control daily/weekly/monthly cash flow plans and financial projections,
• Lead the department budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis processes,
• Develop financial strategies and identify areas for cost optimization,
• Manage credit, leasing, project financing, LC and letters of guarantee processes with domestic and international banks and financial institutions,
• Conduct financial feasibility studies for investment projects,
• Prepare and present monthly and periodic financial reports to senior management,
• Ensure the accurate functioning of finance modules within the ERP system,
• Coordinate with external audit firms and maintain compliance with relevant regulations,
• Lead, guide, and develop the finance team to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in shipyard, heavy industry, or manufacturing environments,
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role,
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, financial analysis,
• Experienced in risk management, credit processes, letters of guarantee, LC, investment financing (CAPEX/OPEX),
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and governmental bodies,
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably experienced with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, etc.),
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities,
• Ability to manage and develop a finance team.
