CFO – Food Industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields,

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance management, accounting, and strategic planning within the food industry,

• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, UFRS) and tax regulations,

• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis,

• Experienced in ERP systems and financial software,

• Ability to manage relationships with banks, investors, and audit firms,

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills,

• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Define the company’s financial strategies and report to top management,

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and overall financial performance,

• Conduct cost and profitability analyses specific to the food industry,

• Prepare reports to support investment and financing decisions,

• Oversee tax, audit, and compliance processes,

• Lead and develop the finance team,

• Analyze financial risks and implement preventive measures in line with company growth targets.
