We are looking for talents for the following positions to join the tendering department for a major international project.

Requirements and Qualifications;

·          Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field strongly preferred

·          Minimum 8-10 years total experience of working on large scale projects ( Shopping Mall, Hospital, Hotel etc.) abroad in the post is essential

·          Minimum 7-8 years experience of working in cost control, planning and tender processes,

·          Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads

·          Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems

·          Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating skills

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

·          Able to travel abroad

·          Have completed military service (for male candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities ;

·          Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability

·          Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections

·          Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price

·          Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost

·          Develop and apply work breakdown structures.

·          Identify critical paths using critical float path analysis.

·          Create graphics including Gantt charts, activity network diagrams, time-scaled logic diagrams, and histograms.

·          Work with project management to set goals, objectives, and success factors and analyze project status.

·          Assess progress measurement and develop/update progress curves for project reporting.

·          Prepare project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.

·          Generate budgets and reports
