What are the responsibilities for this role?

-         Conducting market research and collect fashion information to identify potential product recommendations and to formulate thematic plans

-         Communicating with buyers and merchandisers to comprehend design needs and directing sample-making team for preparing of collections.

-         Managing pricing negotiations with customers, and obtaining approvals through the buying process.

-         Collaborating with production managers to ensure products are shipped in time and within the standard.

-         Analyze the data that contribute to strategic decision-making

-         Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding existing client sales, and drive overall sales.

Qualifications:

-         Fluent in written and oral English.

-         Proven experience in merchandising and/or design within the fashion industry.

-         Bachelor's degree in a fashion management or fashion design.

-         Excellent project management skills to ensure the timely delivery of development samples.

-         Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

-         Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle pricing discussions effectively.

-         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.

-         Strong organizational and communication skills.

-         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-         Having the desire for continuous learning.
