International Sales Engineer

At SEM Transformatör, we are taking our manufacturing strength in power and distribution transformers to international markets. We are looking for an International Sales Engineer to join our growing International Sales team and manage customer relationships end to end.

Key Responsibilities

•     Manage relationships with international customers, plan, execute and follow up on order processes,

•     Prepare price quotations, sales contracts and delivery schedules, and coordinate their approval processes,

•     Strengthen relationships with existing customers, increase customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities,

•     Ensure that production, shipment and delivery of orders are completed on time and in full

•     Work closely with production, logistics, quality and accounting teams to keep operations running smoothly,

Qualifications

•     Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,

•     5–7 years of experience in international sales and key account management,

•     Experience in the transformer, energy or electrical equipment sector is preferred,

•     Advanced command of English (a second foreign language is a plus),

•     Proficient in MS Office; experience with IFS ERP and SolidWorks Manage is a plus,

•     Strong analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills,

•     Willing to travel domestically and internationally,

•     Valid Class B driving licence,

•     For male candidates, completed military service,
