JOB SUMMARY : 

Responsible for all front office functions and staff. As a department head, directs and works with the team to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures.  Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

Required Skills:

A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years experience of Front Office Manager in the hotel.

Good at Extranets and Hotel Management System systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Turkish language.

Work experience with A+ class guests portfolio.

Experience of managing and developing FO team.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

Present ability, Flexibility to respond to a variety of work requirements

Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
