Additionally, Serban is responsible for EPC projects as a technology integrator technological buildings, factories, cyber technology and security buildings, also hotel, shopping mall, and residential projects.
We are seeking a "Technical Office Manager" to be based in Ümraniye (Dudullu), İstanbul for a Data Center Project, meeting the qualifications listed below:
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a reputable university,
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale projects (preferably data centers, energy, or industrial projects) within technical office and project controls functions,
- Experience in planning, cost control, budgeting, and reporting processes within large-scale projects,
- Strong knowledge of project controls, construction sequencing, and technical office management processes,
- Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and change management processes,
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking),
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications,
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and reporting skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset,
- Residing in İstanbul (preferably the Asian side).
Job Description
- Prepare, monitor, and report project schedules as part of technical office processes,
- Prepare tender documentation including bill of quantities, technical specifications, and related technical files,
- Conduct quantity take-offs and budget studies in line with project revisions and scope changes,
- Monitor project progress against budget targets and prepare related cost and performance reports,
- Track and control subcontractor progress payment and invoicing processes,
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports in coordination with project management processes,
- Coordinate technical office activities with design, procurement, construction, and commercial teams,
- Ensure effective information flow and coordination between technical office and other project disciplines,
- Ensure controlled management, tracking, and distribution of technical documentation and project records,
- Support the implementation of structured and controlled technical office workflows,
- Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to the technical office team.
