QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for talented Human Resources Specialists to join our team in Ankara.  The successful candidate will be responsible from;

  •        Managing all the recruitment process of the company end to end, 
  •        Coordinating onboarding and orientation processes for Ankara office,
  •        Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions 
  •        Collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization 
  •       Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization 
  •        Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects 
  •        Advising on human resources processes and applications 
  •        Taking a role in employee engagement, internal / external communication and employer branding processes,
  •        Executing all administrative affairs for Ankara office,
  •        Providing regularly various HR reports to HR Manager, 

 

The expected qualifications are as follows; 

  •        Bachelor's degree preferably from Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, and other related departments 
  •        At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience,
  •        Preferably experience in IT industry 
  •        Good command of written and spoken English 
  •        Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  •        Self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment 
  •        Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner 
  •        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  •        Excellent negotiation, planning and organization competencies
  •        Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
  •        Has driver’s license
