QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

CR Business Assistant is responsible for implementing pricing strategy & promotions planning with category managers & Revenue Growth Manager. S/he will be responsible for running day to day business such as prices changes, promotions, POS system changes with minimizing value leakage in NFR financial operations. S/he will create value in NFR with growth & business development projects working closely with IT and CP teams.

Accountabilities

 

- Head Office SKU Data and Site SKU Data integration ( Local and Central product Mapping )

- SKU Categorization, SKU Optimization and Category based report analysis

- SKU procurement and Supply Chain matrix integration

- Recommended price comparison between Site and Head Office

- Implementation of DO based Promotions and post promotion analysis

- Tests on Live Data

- Implementation & maintenance of Promaks

- Management & Implementation of pricing in sites

- Implementation of buying prices & minimizing value leakage

- Preparation & creating insights from Category & Sub-Category Reports

- Sharing Insight on Business performance based on all KPI's

- Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation

- Understanding and benchmarking market prices

- Responsible for implementation of related Regulation Changes that effects NFR operations

- Responsible for supporting the connection with CP & Finance teams

- Prepare plans and act according to deliver category margin targets

Skills and Requirements:

-Extensive Promaks knowledge is a must

-Experience in Supplier matrix is a must

-Accounting experience is a must

-Strong can do attitude

- Hardworking personality and structured way of working

-Abilty to work under commercial pressure with strecth targets

-Ability to manage prioritisation and deliver within challenging deadlines

-Having Commercial Approach with quantitative thinking

-Working collaboratively with CP & Finance & SPAS teams

-Experience in contract management

-Ability to work collaboratively with field teams

-Having hands on approach

-Having a Fast & agile attitude

-Strong category know-how regarding size, margin and magnitude

-Retail and Convenience Retailing knowledge is preffered

-Supply Chain understanding is a plus

-Knowledge in POS systems is a plus

-Advanced MS Excel & powerpoint skills 

-Understanding of Pricing & Margin Management

-Experience in working in a fast-changing environment with uncertainty 

- Ability to manage different type of tasks at the sametime whilts being resilient and flexible under pressure

-Relationship management and communication skills

-Fluency in English
