What do I need to qualify for this job?
* University degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Knowledge and experience on low voltage products and related national and international standards.
* Knowledge and experience on Quality Management Systems, statistical methods, audits, reviews and assessments.
* Implementation experience on quality tools and methods (SPC, FMEA, APQP, 8D, 6 Sigma,Poka Yoke,A3, etc).
* Very good command of English, German is an asset.
* Very good command of MS Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP.
* IT know-how and good command of statistical analysis tools is an asset.
* Pro-active and analytical working structure and being a good team player is expected.

İŞ TANIMI

For our Energy Management Division Low Voltage Factory in Gebze, we are looking for a Quality Specialist. This role will be responsible for product quality assurance of low voltage semi finished parts and finished products, early involvement in new product and process development and improvement activities, quality and inspection planning by considering Siemens Norms, national and international standards, training of employees taking part in audits, assessments and certification processes, supporting continuous improvement activities and utilization and dissemination of quality methods and tools.

What are my responsibilities?
* Early involvement in new product startups and relocation projects in terms of quality assurance and ensure consideration of all quality requirements including Siemens Norms, national and international standards requirements.
* Detailed test and inspection planning including all necessary laboratory electrical tests for finished products which will ensure all quality requirements with minimum inspection at all steps of manufacturing.
* Establishing and maintaining effectiveness of self inspections conducted by operators themselves by training employees and monitoring efficiency.
* Ensuring sustainability of the quality assurance process  by coordinating and conducting trainings, documentation, risk analysis, auditing and corrective-preventive activities
* Solving quality issues and conducting process improvement actions when necessary in a strong cooperation with headquarter and other involved foreign location’s quality departments.
* Reporting quality related information, analysis of data and metrics to initiate corrective-preventive actions and continuous improvement measures
* Initializing continuous improvement activities in terms of process and system improvement, lessons learned and non conformance cost management
* Utilization of quality methods and lean and tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, 8D, 6 Sigma, Poka Yoke etc) to improve process capability.
* Support and participation in product certification process (TS, CSA, UL, CCC, VDE)
* Handling of customer complaints by analyzing failures, taking necessary corrective actions and reporting.
* Developing processes at production to assure %100 quality to customer by using Poka Yoke, testing etc.

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
* Driving license is required
