Export Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Personnel to join our Export Department — someone who iseager to learn andaiming for success in international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university program; preferably inElectrical-Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Sales and Marketing
• Experienced in the Electrical-Electronics sector within export operations
• Advanced proficiency in English (written, spoken, and listening); knowledge ofFrench, Russian, or Arabic is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Eager to learn and continuously improve
• No restrictions on international travel
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• For male candidates: completion of military service
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul – Asian side

Job Description

• Conduct regular market research in assigned regions and analyze market opportunities
• Communicate with existing and potential customers, organize visits, and manage customer relations
• Manage brand registration and approval processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Handle order intake, follow up on post-order processes, and coordinate with relevant departments to prepare products for export
• Participate in international trade fairs, representing the company and carrying out promotional activities
• Monitor sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them
• Draft contracts, commercial agreements, and payment terms, follow-up compliance withinternational trade laws and customs regulations
• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding market conditions, customer feedback, and sales performance
• Work with a mindset of aiming for success in all sales and export activities
