Customer Experience Specialists

We are looking for English speaking “Customer Service Specialists” for the night and day shift that will work for one of the fastest growing startups in Turkey. The successful candidate will identify and simplify user requests and create a memorable user experience for Sinemia Premium users based in our current and future markets- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Turkey, and the US.

Job Requirements;

• Upbeat, positive attitude with a desire to please customers
• Proven ability to deliver customer service in writing
• Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers' specific needs
• Ability to manage and escalate difficult and complicated problems if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• The ideal candidates have previous chat and/or email customer service experience
• Computer experience using the internet and working in a Windows-based environment
• Excellent self-motivation skills; maintains a feeling of pride in work, has a strong work ethic and strives to achieve all goals
• Works through challenges as they arise; maintains a positive outlook
• For native or near-native English speakers, Turkish knowledge is a plus.

                 Working hours:    09:00- 18:00 (Day Shift)           --    salary range 2750-3000 TL

                                                16:00- 01:00 (Mid-Day Shift)   --    salary range 3000-3250 TL

                                                00:00 – 09:00 (Night Shift)       --    salary range 3250-3500 TL           

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a bond between company and customer with creative and user-oriented solutions.
• To support customers through e-mail, chatting
• To deal with difficult customers politely and patiently
• Maintaining a strong customer relationship and achieving customer satisfaction
• Able to produce creative comments when interacting with users on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Ensure that every potential and existing customer has a pleasant experience, acting as an extension of the client and promoting a positive image/first impression of Sinemia.
• Efficiently manage customers’ queries and provide effective support in an efficient and speedy manner.
