Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management,
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations,
• Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems,
• Knowledge of cycle counting, annual inventory counting, and stock accuracy processes,
• Familiarity with barcode systems and handheld terminal applications,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proven experience in team management and leadership,
• Excellent planning and organizational skills,
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations,
• Preferably experienced in the automotive industry,
• Preferably residing in Çorlu, Ergene regions.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations,
• Lead goods receiving, put-away, picking, and inventory control processes,
• Ensure the effective use of the WMS and identify improvement opportunities,
• Monitor stock accuracy and implement improvement actions,
• Plan and manage cycle count and periodic inventory count activities,
• Optimize warehouse space utilization to increase operational efficiency,
• Monitor team performance and support employee development,
• Ensure the proper execution of barcode labeling and traceability processes,
• Verify data consistency between ERP and WMS systems,
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports,
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives,
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience in WMS implementation or warehouse system improvement projects,
• Knowledge of FIFO principles, ABC analysis, and inventory optimization techniques,
• Previous warehouse management experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
