We are looking for Account Executives who will participate in our operational processes before and after sales by taking part in our sales team.

Job Description:
- Inform customers about the SmartMessage product scope and functions and to increase the use of the products.
- Managing the SmartMessage Marketing Platform start-up operation for new customers: such as account opening and activation, creating records in CRM and accounting platforms.
- Following contractual processes with customers and GSM operators.
- Follow up billing processes.
- Preparing reports for customers and internal use.
- Answering customers' instant questions about their account / product usage.
- Provide customer satisfaction by full support in operational matters throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Preferably to graduate from the MIS, Technical, Statistics, Marketing and Communication departments of the universities.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Management experience.
- Experienced in the IT Sector, Digital Marketing Agency or Mobile Marketing Agency for a minimum of 3 years.
- Knowledge of general marketing and sales
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
