QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment. 

We are looking for a “House Relationship Manager/Sales Manager” with the qualifications below:

İŞ TANIMI

  • Develop key relationships that promote Soho House and its concept, whilst achieving the highest member and guest satisfaction.
  • To possess accurate and detailed information about the Hotel such as room and bed types, differences between the rooms in terms of size and view, dates and times of operation of outlets.
  • Be fully aware of all the Club/Hotel Facilities and services and to train the entire sales team on using the Club/Hotel Facilities during sales meetings.
  • To ensure that previously set sales targets are reached by conducting effective sales meetings.
  • To be fully acquainted with all regional, sessional, VIP, agency and all other similar price categories and apply correct pricing to all offers.
  • To continually look for potential clients for the Hotel and have meetings with potential agents, corporate accounts etc.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all departments of hotel/club and manage all communication with staff. Keep good contact particularly with Front Office and regular guests, ensuring their needs are identified, and relayed to concerned departments for service delivery.
  • Be fully aware of the booking situations, and communicate the reservation agents in order to maximize the Hotel Sales with the highest possible Average Room Rate.
  • Collaborates with General Manager/International Sales Director to establish and control budget for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
  • Keep a good relation with all the travel agents and their to ensure the mutual cooperation and the smoothness of the work.
  • To sell most of the Hotel Rooms / Outlets / Event Rooms and facilities whenever possible.
  • To update customers with the latest development of the hotel by means of Web-site and some other available distribution channels.
  • To prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports (such as sales activities, statistics, production, progress reports) for the General Manager.
  • To fulfil additional duties given by the upper management within the framework of Hotel regulations and policies.
  • Build, establish and personally manage relationships with on-brand people, including event producers, studio executives, music label executives, Soho House members, and other key players in the creative industries.
  • Establish relationships with key new clients across different creative industry sectors, primarily through analysis of the company member database and team contacts/relationships. Make initial approaches to such new clients. Attend events and group hotel stays to reinforce client service relationships.
  •  Liaise very closely with all other House Relations Managers to divert business enquiries swiftly and efficiently. Additionally, coordinate all relevant activity to make sure key clients are looked after.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create necessary tools to accomplish job responsibilities, including input on collateral (hotel and private hire brochures, postcard campaigns, e.tags, House Seven highlights, mailings, etc.
  • Work closely with event team to lead outreach, follow-up and marketing efforts and to encourage collaboration and growth.
