Now, we are hiring Sales Manager – Leisure (Europe & CIS Markets) to join us in Bodrum.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Leisure segments across Europe and CIS markets
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Tour operators, luxury travel agencies, DMCs, and wholesalers
- Leverage existing relationships with key partners in markets such as UK, Germany, France, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Eastern Europe
- Drive room revenue and seasonal occupancy through effective contracting and targeted promotions
- Negotiate rate agreements, allotments, and packages to maximize revenue and market share
- Increase direct and indirect sales conversion through strong follow-up and account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Revenue and Marketing teams on pricing, campaigns, and positioning
- Represent Mett Bodrum in international markets, ensuring strong brand visibility
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Leisure Sales within luxury or upscale hospitality
- Strong existing network within European and CIS tour operators, travel agencies, and DMCs
- Proven track record in contracting, negotiation, and revenue generation
- In-depth understanding of leisure travel patterns, seasonality, and distribution channels
- Experience managing key feeder markets for Bodrum and Mediterranean destinations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently across Europe and CIS regions
- Fluent in English (Russian is a strong advantage; additional European languages are a plus)
- Highly commercial, target-driven, and relationship-oriented

- Strong understanding of high-end leisure traveler expectations
- Ability to position Mett Bodrum within premium and experiential travel segments
- Strong network within key agencies such as Corporate travel companies, Event & Wedding agencies, and luxury travel planners
- Experience working with high-end/lifestyle or luxury hotel brands
- Ability to bring immediate business potential through an active client portfolio
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on sales approach
