Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years Accounts Receivable and/or General Cashier, of experience inAccounts Receivable and/or General Cashier, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Opera PMS and accounting systems is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Follow up outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and issue invoices, statements and account reconciliations.
• Verify and reconcile credit card transactions and POS settlements.
• Prepare daily cash reports and perform cash reconciliations.
• Receive, count and verify daily cash collections from operational departments.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate cash records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash, credit card and guest accounts.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare required reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Management.
