Assistant Sales Manager (Turkish & Russian Speaker)

Job Description

• Support and develop the hotel’s sales activities.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking clients and agencies.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers.
• Conduct corporate client visits and customer meetings
• Support the team in achieving sales targets
• Follow up on proposals, contracts, and reservation processes
• Enter and update customer information regularly in the system
• Conduct daily phone calls and customer visits
• Coordinate guest requests with related departments
• Attend sales and marketing meetings
• Ensure satisfaction of VIP guests and key clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Work in compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
• Support team operations and customer satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish, English and Russian.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in corporate, group, or event sales
• Experience using Opera or similar hotel sales/reservation systems
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with a solution-focused approach
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with different departments
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with the Istanbul corporate and travel agency market is an advantage
