JOB DESCRIPTION

Full responsibility and organization of the spa department.

Taking responsibility for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and the continuity of high service quality.

Contributing to the formation and development of their team,

Determining the training needs of department employees and planning the necessary training.

Ensuring that the correct methods are followed and applied in terms of hygiene

Preparing monthly and weekly sales and marketing Spa reports and making presentations.

Providing cost control by managing all purchasing processes of the department.
