As we continue to expand our impact in Turkey, we are looking for a " Digital Marketing Executive” to join our journey and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Who we are looking for?

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of web publishing and proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Semrush)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Residing in Ankara or İstanbul

What You'll Be Doing?

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
• Manage the digital marketing calendar, including the end-to-end content calendar
• Create visual concepts and creative direction for digital promotional activities
• Maintain, protect, and enhance the company’s online presence and reputation
• Develop, execute, and manage the social media strategy across all platforms
• Define, track, and monitor key digital marketing KPIs and overall performance
• Prepare, update, and present detailed digital marketing and performance reports
• Oversee, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget
• Track SEO, user engagement, and web traffic metrics to propose content optimization
• Manage CRM processes and prepare regional CRM KPI and performance reports
