Accounting Specialist

We are looking for 'Accounting Specialist' for our Turkey Plant, will take a role in Finance Department with the qualifications and responsibilities below;

Qualifications

• Graduate of a university, preferably from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• Preferably proficient in English (both written and spoken),
• To have knowledge of general accounting, tax and finance
• 2-4 years experience in the tax department
• Proficient in Excel,
• Preferably familiar with ERP systems (SAP) and workflows,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Open to development and taking on new responsibilities.
• Living or willing to relocate Manisa / İzmir

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation of the payment list and related documentation,
• Preparation of AP aging report,
• Reconcile expense, local and import purchase  invoices,
• Deep analysis capability about price diffirence analysis
• To do the balance statement with suppliers
• To support a team for stock count process
• Prepare and review the documents requested during the tax audit
• To support a team for VAT refund process
• Good knowledge about e-invoice, e-delivery and e-archive invoices
