Export Sales Specialist

Talia Plastik is a manufacturer of food packaging products, serving customers across international markets. We are looking for a highly proactive, persistent, and commercially driven Export Sales Specialist to strengthen our export sales team. This position will actively generate business by re-engaging inactive customers, following up consistently over long sales cycles, and building long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-activate and manage our existing but inactive international customer portfolio
• Handle incoming export sales inquiries quickly and professionally 
• Proactively approach customers to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain continuous communication with prospects and customers via email, phone, and online meetings
• Manage long sales cycles with our production and logistics team with discipline, and strong follow-up
• Visit customers abroad and attend international trade fairs
• Prepare and track sales activities, quotations, and order processing in Excel

Qualifications:

• Experience in export sales, international sales, or business development
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills
• Proactive, persistent, patient, and disciplined approach to follow-up and customer development
• Strong Excel skills; able to track, organize, and analyze sales data effectively
• Analytical thinking and commercial awareness
• Willingness to travel internationally for fairs and customer visits
