Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical / Metallurgical or Electronic Engineering
• Certified in quality management systems,
• At least 8 years of experience,
• Proficiency in English,
• Analytical thinker, open to development and sharing, solution-oriented, team builder
• Has managerial leadership qualities,
• Has planning and organization skills,
• Demonstrates the ability to produce solutions to problems,
• Able to use verbal and written communication channels effectively,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably on the Analotian Side; residing in Pendik, Kurtköy, Kartal, Maltepe, Çekmeköy, Sancaktepe districts.

Job Description

• To carry out research on the improvement and development of the quality management system,
• To monitor and evaluate the performance of the in-house quality management system,
• To manage processes related to customer requests and complaints,
• To take an active role in the organization and follow-up of internal audit activities,
• To take part in the preparation of quality documentation,
• To identify internal problems and to ensure that preventive actions are taken,
• To carry out the development process and improvement of studies,
• Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of corrective and remedial actions,
• To ensure that all team members work in compliance with quality systems and policies,
• To organize training on in-house quality management systems and practices,
• Prepare management reports.
