Export Operation Specialist

Tatko Lastik is looking for an "Export Operation Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Kadikoy Office with following qualifications;

Your Role

• The successful candidate will be in reporting to Export Manager and responsible to provide support to the sales team by managing export operations,
• Receiving and organizing orders, following up production plan, organizing stock efficiently, keeping tracks of order requests, monitoring stock levels and keeping stock reports up-to-date,
• Responsible for “order delivery”, processing orders into the system, lining up loading plans in coordination with the warehouse,
• Keeping track of documentation, proforma and commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list and all related documentation, (such as L/C etc)
• Organizing transportation in coordination with logistics team and ensure delivery to customer on time,
• Take prompt actions for urgencies, cost offers and trade routes,
• Prepare and control export documentation,
• Prepare sales reports, follow up cash-flow and payments.

· Your Profile 

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, İnternational Trade or related fields,
• 1 years of experience in Foreign Trade preferably in a multi-national company,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS-Office applications (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) and reporting,
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities,
• Knowledge of international trade terms and requirements will be an additional benefit,
• Team player,
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills,
• Problem solving abilities and analytical skills,
• Able to operate with precision even under pressure.
