What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native proficiency in English

• Bachelor’s degree in Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field

• Teaching certification such as TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience teaching kids, teens, and adults

• Experience preparing students for proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, YDS, YÖKDİL, OET, or similar is an asset

• Proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage

• Turkish citizenship or a valid Turkish residence permit/visa is preferred

• Willingness to relocate to Konya and actively contribute to our academic team

• Openness to adopting and applying Teachera’s unique teaching methodology and academic standards

• A creative, energetic, and disciplined personality with the ability to engage learners effectively

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons for learners of different ages and proficiency levels

  • Create an inclusive, motivating, and interactive classroom environment

  • Support students in achieving their academic and language-learning goals

  • Prepare learners for local and international language proficiency exams

  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills and confidence

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen the curriculum and enhance the overall learning experience

  • Maintain high academic and professional standards in line with Teachera’s educational approach

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
