We have also started providing property management services within our subsidiary company TEKCE Property Management.

We are looking for a Rental Operation Supervisor with the following qualifications;

• Manage listings on CMS, short-term rental platforms, and local portals
• Analyze short, mid, and long-term rental portfolios and find ways to improve
• Communicate and coordinate with investors in different locations
• Handle customer requests from Tekce.com and rental platforms
• Monitor AI-based prices and compare with market data
• Use competitive and dynamic pricing strategies to increase occupancy
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on performance and customer satisfaction
• Support check-in/check-out, reservations, and team coordination
• Improve teamwork in rental and sales processes

Required Background:

• Experience in the real estate industry is not required but preferred,
  
• Fluent knowledge of English.
