QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Qualities:

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree,
  • Native-level proficiency in Arabic,
  • To have minimum B2, preferably C1 level knowledge of English to carry out global correspondence and processes at a very good level,
  • Residing in Istanbul and able to work at Eyupsultan/Istanbul,
  • Preferably to have at least 1 year of experience in the customer experience center,
  • For the male candidates, having completed the military service or having it suspended at least for 2 years,
  • Ability to work in shifts on a 24/7 basis.
