· BS/MS degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering or in Mechatronics Engineering ,

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management (preferably in Electronics Industry),

· Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and the quality system,

· Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Advanced level in Excel),

· Quality tools know-how (6 Sigma, 8D, process audit),

· Knowledge about Laboratory & Test equipments ,

· Advanced command of written & spoken English,

· Analytical minded, creative, result-oriented and good communication skills,

· Strong organization, planning and tracking abilities,

· No restrictions for travelling within and outside of country,

· Driving license (class B),

· No military service obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

· Implementing quality system and processes with a customer oriented approach,

· Providing compliance of products to the pre-defined quality standards and documents,

· Establishment and development of the quality standards and control plans within the factory,

· Preparing and analyzing monthly process performance reports,

· Managing 8D and Kaizen studies.
