QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Now we are looking for a Payroll Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team. 

Job Description 

  • Carrying out payroll processes of employees

  • Complete and fulfill legal obligations in a defined time period

  • Preparation of Payroll Reports

  • Preparation and submission of all necessary legal notices

  • Employment and exit procedures on Social Security Institution

  • Preparing SSI monthly statements and receiving accruals

  • Workforce notifications on Iskur

  • Monitoring and reporting incentive applications

Requirements

  • Have a university degree in related studies

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll Department

  • Must have knowledge in Labour Law

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)

  • High reliability, excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Excellent reporting skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
