We are looking for an energetic, and service-oriented Bellboy to join our team at The Grand Tarabya Istanbul, managed by Accor.

Job Description

As a Bellboy, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating a warm welcome and a memorable departure experience. You will assist guests with luggage, provide information about the hotel and its facilities, and support Front Office operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and escorting to rooms
• Support guests during check-in and check-out processes in coordination with the Front Office team
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure luggage is delivered, stored, and retrieved safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas
• Assist with valet parking coordination when required
• Have full knowledge of hotel emergency procedures
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience is an asset
• Strong guest service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and helpful at all times
• Basic English communication skills required; additional languages are an asset
