• Tercihen Lisans derecesine sahip,
• Satış Danışmanı pozisyonunda en az 1 yıl deneyim sahibi,
• Dinamik ve iletişim becerileri güçlü,
• İyi derecede MS Office programlarını kullanabilen,
• Prezantabl,
• Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği yüksek.
• Tercihen satış yapabilecek düzeyde Rusça dil bilgisine sahip,

 İŞ TANIMI

• Mağaza Müdürü ve yardımcıları tarafından verilen aksiyon planını uygulamak,
• Müşteri memnuniyetini gözeterek verilen hedefler doğrultusunda satış gerçekleştirmek,
• Mağazanın karlı ve örnek bir operasyona dönüşmesini sağlamak,
• Müşteri ilişkilerini geliştirmek ve yüksek müşteri sadakatini sağlamak,
• Dönemlik satış analiz raporları hazırlamak.
