Customer Service Representative

Job responsibilities:

1. Answer customer service calls and reply to customer emails every day 

2. Communicate with customers and confirm relevant information in accordance with the manager's requirements.

3. Be familiar CRM systems, filtering data from different programs and interfaces 

4. Prepare reports; implement customer service department goals, work processes, standards, and assessment standards to ensure efficient, standardized, and process-oriented customer service work. 

5. Being a bridge in between different departments such as Logistics and Finance to solve daily customer service issues

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree

2. Preferable when have: retail customer service, e-commerce customer service or call center experience

3. Analytical thinker, problem solver, focused and solution oriented 

4. Must have visual design knowledge

5. Computer proficient, especially in the use of the MS-Office 

6. Man, not over 32 years old
