We are looking for a Executive Assistant!

University degree in a related department,

At least 2 years of Executive Assistant experience,

Excellent communication skills in English,French. 3rd one is an asset

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,

Providing Zone Director full support with the business process,

Managing the correspondence with our partners,

Leading and directing Zone Executives management and provide the communication between zone managers & executives,

Carrying out background research on an asked topic and presenting findings in an effective way,

Prioritizes conflicting needs and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Zone Director & GM, including those of a "sensitive or confidential" nature,

Plans, coordinates, and executes onsite and offsite meetings and events to include: board meetings, staff meetings and more,

Following the topics launched by the management,

Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings, completing time and expense reports.
