Job Title: Accounting Manager

Company Overview:

We are looking for an exceptionally qualified Accounting Manager with deep expertise in tax and accounting legislation to lead our accounting team, ensure total compliance, and manage financial operations via SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting & Compliance: Oversee and direct daily accounting operations, month-end/year-end closing processes, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and asset management in full compliance with local tax legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Tax Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely preparation and submission of all tax returns (Corporate Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) and maintain flawless compliance with national tax regulations and e-Transformation processes (e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Dispatch).
• Ensure strict adherence to all tax laws, manage statutory risk, and execute timely submission of all official declarations and returns.
• ERP & Financial Systems: Utilize SAP extensively to manage
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, P&L reports, and cash flow statements for senior executive management.
• Audit & Official Relations: Coordinate and manage relationships with external/internal auditors, Sworn Certified Public Accountants (YMM), tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team, ensuring high performance, continuous development, and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (SMMM / Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir) certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record in a leadership/managerial role.

• Hands-on proficiency and strong command of SAP (FI/CO modules).

• Deep expertise in local tax legislation, labor/SGK laws, Uniform Chart of Accounts, and international reporting standards (IFRS).

• Fluent in written and spoken English (ability to conduct business and generate executive-level financial reports in English).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent leadership, communication skills.
