We invite you to take a position as “Guest Relations Manager” in the Guest Relations Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality or a related field
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
Hands-on experience and solid understanding of the Guest Assistant System
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish, English, and Russian
Proficiency in Elektra, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong leadership and communication abilities
High stress tolerance and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ambitious, culturally sensitive, and professionally presented
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse guest complaints using team reports and take action to enhance service delivery
- Prepare and deliver daily GRM reports to Senior Management
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and keep Senior Management informed of key insights
- Propose effective solutions for emerging problems and guest complaints
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless luxury experience
- Collaborate closely with all departments to maintain the highest service standards
- Manage departmental documentation
- Assign daily tasks and strategic goals to the Assistant GA Manager and Supervisors
- Oversee and coordinate hiring and training processes for new staff
- Uphold and implement brand standards consistently across the team
