About the role

We are searching for a highly-creative Realtime Monitoring Specialist to join our Information Security Team who will be able to work with an enthusiasm for implementing pioneering steps on the subject of new generation technology solutions.

Requirements

Excellent Comment English

Excellent command in MS Office Programs (sql and Excel VBA knowledge is an asset)

A good knowledge of research is must

Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation

Responsibilities

Showing opportunities and risks with regular or instant analysis. Ability to generate instant information and alarms to the management level.

Supporting the business with deploying new solutions in line with our security policies,

To monitor the performance of the channels in the call center, to support decision-making in critical and areas requiring improvement.

To quickly identify system and infrastructure problems and to inform the relevant teams quickly, to monitor the call traffic instantly and to prevent/balance.
