TTESA Young Talents Program, conducted by Toyota Tsusho Europe S.A., is a development program that offers university students the opportunity to closely experience the business world while also allowing them to engage with our corporate culture. 

With this program:

• A talent pool is created consisting of individuals who are familiar with our company culture and working methods, and who can be considered when needed,
• By providing university students with experience, prepare them to real work life,
• Opportunities are offered to students that will help them adapt more easily to professional life.

Students enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate programs can apply to the program.

The internship duration is 6 or 10 months and is planned as a long-term program.

Toyota Tsusho Europe S.A. Türkiye Branch is currently seeking:

• Administrative Affairs Intern – General Affairs Department (Pendik location)
• Human Resources Intern – Human Resources Department (Sakarya location)

These interns will actively support General Affairs and Human Resources processes, contributing to operational efficiency and digitalization within their respective departments.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Interest in digitalization, process automation, 
• Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to confidentiality and data security.
