QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a ‘Human Resources Manager’ for our Uşak Kışladağ Gold Mine, to work in the TUPRAG HR Team. The position is based in Tüprag’s Kışladağ Gold Mine and reports directly to the “Deputy General Manager” and “Country HR Director (Türkiye)”.
To ensure the sustainment and development of the company's HR policies and employee culture. To manage all HR systems applied to increase employee’s engagement and motivation, such as Performance, Competency, Training, Compensation, and Benefits, and to develop new HR Tools & Systems to increase this engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting Country HR Director, Turkey for establishing HR strategies, action plans, KPIs, systems, and related tools,
· Prepare and manage HR budget,
· Coordinate and manage the processes of Recruitment & Training & Performance & Career & Talent Management and Related Strategies,
· Playing an active role in the execution of Collective Bargaining Agreement processes,
· Maintain HR systems, SIMS (Sustainability Integrated Management System), Quality Systems, and Processes,
· Prepare all needed HR reports for the local and corporate management team,
· To ensure the execution of other administrative works under his/her responsibility and to be responsible for the development of all personnel in his/her team.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
• Human Resources experience of at least 15 years, especially in multinational production companies where frontline workers are the majority,
• At least 5 years of experience HR /Manager role,
• Experience in union processes, Collective Agreement,
• Having knowledge of the Labor Law No. 4857 and SGK Legislations,
• Having knowledge of the SAP processes,
• Fluency in English,
• Involved in system establishment and development processes in line with the company's Human Resources transformation projects,
• Planning - organization, problem-solving and solution-oriented,
• High coordination skills, strong communication skills with team and business stakeholders,
• Excellent planning and organizing skills,
• Ability to thrive in a team environment that constantly evolves, committed to the agile way of thinking,
• Having the ability to good communication skills, managing expectations of key stakeholders,
• Experience in a mining company is preferred.
