TEB Asset Management is seeking a Manager for its Finance & Operations Department, who will contribute with his/her expertise and multi-task capabilities to our challenging organization.

• Graduate from reputable universities with a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering; MBA is a plus,
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting; experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and audit processes is a plus
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, written and spoken,
• Excellent command of Ms Office applications
• Excellent knowledge of Turkish accounting system and IFRS reporting
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow up,
• Should be result-oriented, self-motivated, good team player with effective communication and problem solving skills, 
• Should have the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) Level 3 license   
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description: 

The ideal candidate is expected to 

•           Be multi-functional; assisting Accounting & Financial Reporting lines

•           Perform all general accounting applications and reporting activities in accordance with the reporting calendar,

•           Prepare and execute tax filings

•           Assist in preparing monthly managerial and financial reports in accordance with IFRS, as well as the budget and strategic business plans in coordination between departments,

•           Conduct analysis process 

•           Ensure all transactions subject to accounting are carried out in accordance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts, other regulations of the CMB and Turkish Accounting Standards

•           Monitor, process and settle customer accounts and  capital market instruments trades

•           Follow up and monitor the CMB process on mutual funds

•           Coordinate Turkey Electronic Fund Distribution Platform (TEFDP) related transactions
