Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant positions,
  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications sector is an asset,
  • Experienced in market, industry, customer and competitor analysis,
  • Knowledge and experience in business case preparation, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis and financial modelling,
  • Experienced in business analysis, process management, reporting, project management and project coordination,
  • Competent in strategic planning, business development, process follow-up and stakeholder management,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, research and interpretation skills,
  • Experienced in preparing presentations, management reports and decision-support documents,
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in coordination with different teams,
  • Suitable for taking part in international projects and travelling when required,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

The Strategy and Business Development Senior Specialist will be responsible for researching new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic growth objectives, conducting market and competitor analyses, preparing business cases and feasibility studies, following up strategic projects, and ensuring coordination with relevant stakeholders.

This role includes analyzing the company’s existing and potential business areas, evaluating new product and service opportunities, supporting financial and strategic decision-making processes in commercial projects, and following up project deliverables from a business analysis and process management perspective.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze new business opportunities, market dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape in line with the company strategy,
  • Prepare preliminary assessments and feasibility studies for new product, service, market or business model opportunities,
  • Support the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI analyses and financial impact assessments,
  • Identify business needs, analyze relevant processes and determine improvement areas within the scope of business analysis activities,
  • Work in coordination with relevant business units, technology, finance, product and sales teams within the scope of commercial projects,
  • Provide analysis and reporting support for new product roadmaps, growth strategies, expansion opportunities and strategic partnerships,
  • Conduct preliminary research and assessment studies regarding potential strategic partnerships, collaborations or investment opportunities,
  • Prepare market research, benchmark studies and competitor analyses to provide insights to management,
  • Provide data, analysis and reporting support for the company’s annual and long-term business planning processes,
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on KPI performance, areas of strength and improvement opportunities,
  • Support project follow-up, meeting coordination, action tracking and reporting of outputs in multi-stakeholder commercial projects,
  • Contribute to the preparation of project timelines, action lists, responsibility tracking and progress reports within project management processes,
  • Prepare senior management presentations, internal assessment documents and decision-support materials,
  • Analyze growth opportunities by geography, product and customer segments and develop recommendations.
