We are looking for a Group, Conference and Events Sales Executive who will strengthen our brand identity and possesses creativity, strong communication skills, and a strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries for meetings, conferences, trainings, product launches, gala dinners, weddings, and other social events from initial contact through contract completion.
  • Handle and respond to leads received through Delphi, Cvent, Meeting Broker, Hilton.com, and other sales channels in accordance with Hilton brand standards and response timelines.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and actively follow up on opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable event spaces, packages, and pricing solutions while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct hotel presentations, site inspections, and venue tours for prospective clients, corporate accounts, event agencies, and wedding planners.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of confirmed events to operational teams and coordinate all event requirements with relevant departments.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with event agencies, wedding planners, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, pipeline activities, and event revenues, providing accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain all client interactions, opportunities, and activities within the designated sales systems.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, meetings & events sales, banquet sales, or wedding sales.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward revenue and performance targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Delphi, Cvent, Meeting Broker, ONQ or similar sales platforms is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to operational business needs when required.
