We are looking for a Competition and Strategic Analysis Specialist to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Strategy Function in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• MBA or master's degree would be an asset
• Newly graduate with internship experience or minimum 2 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic planning or market analysis
• Knowledge and experience in corporate strategy, portfolio analysis and management, competitor, industry and market researches, financial statements, project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills
• Proactive and with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and learning agility skills and and a good team player

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of strategic plan studies, s/he will be responsible for trend analysis, economic analysis and forecasting, preparation of sector and competition analysis, regional analysis, and monitoring of sectoral and competitor developments.

• Preparation of future innovations & trend analysis
• Contributing to economic analyzes and forecasts
• Conducting regional sector, competition and market analyzes
• Periodically follow-up of sectoral developments and competitor developments
• Supporting the creation of competitive scenarios
• Conducting new business area research
• Making periodic reports to support market strategies
• Carrying out Adhoc strategic reports/strategic analyzes and agenda setting studies
