We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical minded Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations, including payment preparation, bank transactions, invoicing, vendor and customer reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. This is a temporary position with a maximum duration of 8 months or 1 year.

Job Description:

• Prepares the payments and follow up daily bank operations,
• Responsible of checking the orders and issuing all client invoices,
• Prepares daily bank report and Bank payment instructions,
• Performs vendor payments and follows-up,
• Month end invoice reconciliation for tax declaration,
• Follows up guarantee letters and contracts,
• Supporting the department assistants for order creation and time sheet entry to SAP,
• Reconciliation with local customers and vendors,
• Order control and analysis,
• Reconciles account balances during month end process,

Required Qualifications:

• Vocational High School or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field,
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting operations,
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles,
• Knowledge or familiarity with ERP/SAP systems,
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy,
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to manage priorities, follow through, complete tasks, and stay organized.
