Qualifications:

University degree in a related field.

1-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of the steps involved in jersey garment production.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Quick response ability and adept at building strong customer relationships.

Proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Good sense of fashion and ability to follow trends.

Awareness of global trends in the related field and resourcefulness.

Experience in jersey product groups is a solid requirement.

Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong and consistent follow-up skills.

Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the production process of production orders and ensure effective communication.

Immediately relay customer product criticisms to relevant departments for the development of correct and quality products.

Maintain continuous communication with customers.

Coordinate all processes between the related teams within the company and customers to ensure timely processes.

Develop and follow up on all sample stages.

Research and monitor competitors for pricing and product innovations.

Have a solid experience, preferably in jersey product groups.

Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong and consistent follow-up skills.
