• To implement the corporate strategy by reaching the defined project targets agreed with the pro-ject sponsor across all organizational units and locations,
• To ensure internal & external project representation and professional information flow and project marketing,
• To apply efficiently the processes, methods and tools according the PMO guidelines and VG standards,
• To manage deviations and changes professionally,
• To ensure the transfer project results and the responsibility to the line management
• Set-up an efficient reporting structure according to the stakeholder needs in line with the PMO reporting guideline and inform regularly about the project's progress,
• To select the right project team members for reaching the project targets and agree with line manage-ment about the assignment over the full project duration.

Qualifications

• University degree of Engineering (preferable in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering),
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience related to technical management,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Knowledge in norms & standards applicable for HVAC,
• Functional working skills, analytical thinking, strategic planning skills,
• Strong communication skills.
