VavaCars is setting out to revolutionize the secondhand automotive industry in emerging markets, by creating the world’s most trusted car transaction platform. Headquartered out of London, with initial locations in Turkey and Pakistan, we aim to provide ease, transparency, simplicity, and trust to buyers and sellers of used cars, which includes individuals, corporates, franchise and independent used car dealers.

In this position you will be responsible for our coordinating all warranty operations and workflow to sustain highest level of operational quality and customer satisfaction. You will be focused on:

• You will be responsible for administration of warranty claims, collection of necessary data and keeping track record of each operation for financial and reporting purposes
• You will coordinate and follow up all the warranty payments to suppliers and dealers by controlling and comparing the proforma invoices with the work done and confirming first stage approvals for invoices
• You will manage the internal workflow of reimbursements and vehicle returns
• You will control the warranty costs on regular basis in order to be in line with the budget by analyzing the raw data
• You will assist preparation of monthly warranty reports, raising the flag when necessary if there is a deviation between budget and actual costs
• You will support the technical team, pricing and management in order take immediate actions regarding the frequent failures to reduce the costs by making quality analysis monthly
• You will lead the formation of procedures and workflows of warranty systems, including dedicated software
• You will coordinate and follow up the roadside assistance company by monitoring the results of each month and evaluating the cases

Requirements

• University graduate
• Knowledge of the auto industry dynamics in Turkey is a plus
• Experience in building programmatic approach to manage internal workflow of reimbursements and vehicle returns
• Best in class track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets consistently
• Good communication skills in English and Turkish, written and verbal, able to successfully liaise with all parties
• Able to create procedures and workflows of warranty systems
• A good business mindset and ability to understand the implication of recommendations and recognize the key drivers of quality assurance
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to successfully work in a dynamic, fast-paced high growth environment where agility is key.
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Be able to think on your feet with a “can do” attitude.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach
